I joined the Esh Group in January 2003; this came at a critical point in the Company’s expansion and just prior to the Group relocating to its new purpose built headquarters at Bowburn, Co. Durham.
I’ve worked in Human Resources and Management over the last ten years. My previous role was the Human Resources Manager for a design manufacturer; however my earlier career began in the retail sector before moving to HR. I studied in both London and the North East, gaining various qualifications in HRM/ HRD including CIPD and BPS (British Psychology Society).
