Once we receive your application we aim to get back to you as soon as we can. If you’re successful we will write or call you to arrange a suitable interview time and date.

What the interview will be like

Our interviews are usually held at our Head Office in Bowburn. Your Line Manager and a representative from the HR team will be present. We aim to give you an insight into the roles and responsibilities of the position, as well as give you an insight into what it will be like working for the Esh Group. The first interview gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and for you to get a ‘feel’ for the company.

If you’re successful at the first stage of the interview process you will then be invited for a second interview, where you will get the opportunity to ‘grill’ us and we get the chance to show you what we’re made of.

What will happen when you start your new job

A first day at a new job can make people feel a little nervous, here at Esh Group we try to make you feel as comfortable as we can. You’ll be introduced to your team and shown around the buildings facilities. We’ll also help you get started and introduce you to how the company works. If you have any problems or questions they’ll be someone there to help you and give you advice until you’ve settled in.
